MASTER BEDROOM:  King-size bed and en suite bathroom, air conditioner, bedding, towels.  Terrace.

 
BEDROOM TWO:  Two twin beds, air conditioner, bedding & towels.  Terrace.
 
BATHROOM TWO with tub.

TV & PLAYROOM:    Wall-to-wall carpet, child-friendly, safety gates at top & bottom of stairs, Sony home cinema system with 46" wall-mounted TV, multi-region DVD player, video player and Nova satellite.

 
STUDY/BEDROOM:     Camp bed, air conditioner.

GUESTHOUSE:     Double bed, en suite bathroom,  fridge, TV & DVD (multi-region) player, microwave, coffee machine & kettle, bedding, towels. Terrace

LAUNDRY ROOM:  Washer and dryer.

 
INNER COURTYARD:   BBQ and sink with hot & cold water.

 
That means that the house sleeps 6 comfortably (2 couples and two single beds), plus another one on a camp bed in a separate room and it's possible to accommodate two children sleeping on the large sofa in the basement if need be.

There is wireless high speed Internet access throughout the main house.
