During this cooking workshop you not only learn a new style of Greek cuisine, you experience the more traditional, natural way of preparing local products.

We at Paros Paradise have added accommodation, transportation and breakfast to Eddy's classes to make a complete workshop package, including meet and greet at the port.  Includes a bonus tasting of local olive oils, wines, suma(raki)and ouzo.

 2 Day Workshop from 300 Euro

(Rates vary with season and level of accommodation)

(One day abbreviated version available for island hoppers.)

Below is a sample menu to whet your appetite:

  Lunch:  Melitzana (salad of fried eggplant, smoked meat and garlic), Fava dip, variation of fried zucchini, Bread with oregano.                                        

 

  Dinner:  Stifado, stuffed peppers, Youvetzi (meat dish with orzo)  Side dishes will include Dolmades (stuffed grape vine leaves), stuffed onions and more


On request, the workshop will be adapted to your needs, such as vegetarian, no dairy, etc.  Or with a Seafood focus.
